Economy & Mortgage NewsAccording to ListReports, the average 30-year mortgage dropped to 6.06% last week, the lowest in more than 3 years, with affordability improving. Existing home sales have risen 5.1% month-over-month, surpassing the 4mm home sales pace that we have been in the last 2 1/2 years. The CPI came in roughly flat, 2.6% year over year in December.
