Our Bhaus Eight August Newsletter has arrived! We have the latest real estate local stats, news, and new listings.

Our Bhaus Eight team members have been busy with work, but also recharging batteries and learning how to best serve our community by learning about global real estate strategies, while applying them to our little local Southbay market - exciting things to come to the Bhaus Eight community!

We encourage our team members to work hard, but also take time to refresh and reset. And so this summer, some of us traveled throughout Andalusia region in Southern Spain, in the Balearic Islands (Ibiza), and the Greek Islands as well as Athens. On our property management side, we are so happy to get our landlord clients all set with their homes rented, and as such, would love to welcome our tenant families that have just joined us in Southern California!
